Rest & Resilience in 2021 Summit

The purpose of this summit is to provide encouragement, hope, and practical perspectives on the skills needed to develop resilience in 2021, all from a holistic Catholic perspective and highlighting the expertise of women.

Why this topic?
During the past year, the world experienced the collective trauma of a global pandemic, racial injustice, political tensions, and economic upset. Families and individuals are reeling, and often it is women who are asked to bear the additional burdens of comforting others, caregiving, and creating a “new normal” within their communities.

We want this summit to be a source of holistic strength - a resource for the mind, body, heart,
and soul of women that they can take forward into 2021 with a renewed sense of hope, along with a
community of support for the journey ahead.

Who should attend?

You should attend if you are feeling burnt out, stuck, and weary - we are here to give you encouragement from talented, relatable speakers.

You should attend if you are ready to learn practically how to build rest and resilience in your life, holistically: MIND, BODY, HEART, and SOUL.

You should attend if you want access to discussion and community on these topics, because inside you can chat with other attendees and see who is "near you" geographically.
