Stephanie Mahoney
As the Project Lead for the OSV Challenge, Stephanie joined the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation’s mission to Champion the Catholic Church by inspiring and encouraging innovative and effective Church-related programs. Before her work supporting the entrepreneurial growth of innovators across the country, Stephanie raised awareness as the Director of Communications for Mary’s Meals USA, an international charity focused on bringing every child one daily meal in their place of education. Prior to her work globally, Stephanie served Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades in the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend as the Secretariat Director of Communications. In her tenure, Stephanie oversaw the management of all diocesan communications including media relations, the publication of a weekly newspaper & televised Mass, multiple websites & social media pages, video production and branding initiatives for the diocese. During her career, Stephanie is proud to have served on numerous not-for-profit boards and leadership teams throughout northeastern Indiana, advocating for entrepreneurism, community engagement, financial literacy, youth development and pro-life activities. She graduated with honors from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. In her free time, Stephanie loves to write, work in the garden, go hiking with her husband and dog and perform improv comedy any chance she gets. Stephanie and her husband Jeff are members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and have recently been approved as foster parents. They live in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Renée Roden
Renée Darline Roden holds a B.A. and M.T.S. in theology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University. She is a board member of Catholic Artist Connection and a freelance writer and playwright. Her plays have appeared at The Tank and the Bushwick Starr in New York City and at universities in Dallas and South Bend. Her writing has appeared in the Nation, the Associated Press, Washington Post, Religion News Service, The Tablet, and America Magazine. She is a volunteer editor at catholicworker.org.
Kelly Sankowski
Kelly Sankowski is a freelance writer and editor. She is originally from the Washington, D.C. area, she earned a B.A. in English and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Theology and Ministry from Boston College. Her MA thesis focused on ministering to adolescent women through bodily spirituality. She now lives in Toledo, Ohio with her family.
Samantha Povlock
Samantha Povlock is the Founder of FemCatholic. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in business and theology, she started her career in Chicago working in consulting and project management. She currently lives in Greater Philadelphia with her husband, Matt, and kids.
