Career Clarity: Harmonize Your Vocation without Sacrificing Part of Yourself

Career Clarity: Summer Session

Women today are balancing work, family, and vocation under a set of wildly unrealistic expectations and ill-fit advice that fails to imagine where God might be calling. We think there’s a better way.

Join us to learn the 3-step framework for discerning life and career so that you can find clarity on the next step God is calling you to, without sacrificing part of yourself.

You told us:

"I have no idea what the next right step is."
"It’s hard to get past the guilt. It’s also hard to tell what I really want."
"When trying to imagine my career 5+ years from now, it feels like it won’t be fulfilling and being a mother and having a job will be impossible."
"I feel extreme tension between what might be a false dichotomy (SAHM vs balancing work/mom)."
"I feel like I am trying to give it all in both places."
"I’m overwhelmed by the messaging that women can have it all, because I think fundamentally we just don’t value how much work it takes to be a present mother."
"The high cost of childcare makes working seem almost pointless, yet staying home full-time is equally overwhelming."
"I have no idea how to be a good, loving, caring mom while pursuing a fulfilling career."
"It feels like there’s no ‘right’ option according to society because my career isn’t my life."

To all of you who gave this feedback - you are definitely not alone.

The world has changed a lot since our moms were working and raising kids - from technology, to childcare options, to the economy.

There’s no model for this - but you don't have to do it alone.

Hey, I’m Sam.

Over the course of my career thus far, I have navigated a lot that I couldn’t have expected:

💼 Working at Deloitte, in banking, & for myself
🌍 Client travel, remote work, & in-office work
👶 Maternity leaves, from 22 to zero weeks paid
🤯 Childcare for four kids
🏡 Building a local village
🎓 A spouse in school & dual careers
🚚 A move across the country
